Emily Hideg

Lead Singer

Get ready to be blown away by Emily the talented singer who will captivate you with her electrifying voice. Emily has been the lead vocalist and drummer for Sweet Tunes, her family band, for over 10 years. Having been a performer from a very early age, Emily’s lead vocals, harmonies and stage presence makes any performance she’s in an incredible experience for all audiences!

Jamie Troyer

Lead Singer

Jamie has been singing for others since childhood, growing up during the height of the disco era a genre she still loves to perform. Her musical journey began in high school through musical theater and show choir, eventually leading to over two decades as a fabulous vocalist for popular local bands such as the Alligator Brothers, the Henry Lee Summer Band, Endless Summer Band, Carl Storie, and Saints & Strangers.

Jason Hayes

A Disco veteran of 25 years, Jason played drums in the early 2000’s for The Alligator Bros. and Zanna-Doo! Forming The Flying Toasters in 2004, Jason continues to sing, play drums,guitar, and even do large scale productions for many bands!  Jason was an easy choice for the drumset chair of Discolicious with much live music experience!

Jay Young

Sax/Horn Section Director

Jay Young is an active performer and arranger, having toured and performed throughout the United States and Internationally. At home in a broad range of styles, Mr. Young has played Saxophones/Woodwinds in the “Bob and Tom Band” since 1989, and The Endless Summer Band (for whom he also serves as Horn arranger/musical director) since 1993. He also serves as arranger and horn section leader for legendary blues-man Duke Tumatoe and leads The Naptown Jazz Quintet.  Jay has toured and recorded with some of the most recognizable entertainers including Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin,  The Temptations, The Four Tops, Johnny Mathis, The Manhattan Transfer, Franki Valli, Three Dog Night, Sha Na Na, Lou Rawls, Martha Reeves and the Vadellas, The  Spinners, various orchestras including Indianapolis Symphony,  Jimmy Dorsey, Harry James, Glenn Miller as well as numerous Broadway shows and countless Recordings and Radio/Television commercials.

Mik Hideg

Starting on the keyboard at 15 years old in a swing band, Mik knew music was his calling. Over the next 45 years Mik has crafted his talent into many different avenues (including being the organist for the Detroit Red Wings). “Mik the Music Man” plays in groups such as Hot Rod Mik and the Fenders, 45 RPM, Mudsock Jazz Combo, and his family band Sweet Tunes. His passion for many genres of music includes swing, 50’s, 60’s and of course DISCO!

Orvis Kirkman

With 30 years behind him on the Indianapolis music scene, Orvis Kirkman is still going strong with no plans of slowing down anytime soon! Currently Orvis is lead guitarist of legendary “The Flying Toasters“ as well as a proud member of his own band “Orvis & Friends“. Lastly not least you can hang with Orvis on any given Sunday in the praise band at heartland Church in fishers Indiana.
